| 摘 要： | 因经营活动及其他种种措置,徽商与客籍地社会各阶层时有矛盾,有时甚至形成严重的冲突对立。清嘉庆年间,徽商在安徽六安州为建会馆,与当地士绅形成严重冲突,并导致一场历时近两年的诉讼,这是一个重要的徽商与经营地各阶层关系的典型案例。 |

| Abstract: | Because of their business running and other issues,Huizhou merchants often stood in sometimes severe conflicts with the various social classes in the local region.A case in point took place during Emperor Jiaqing's reign.Some Huizhou merchants,while establishing guildhalls in Lu'an prefecture,became involved in severe disputes with the local gentry,which led to an exhausting lawsuit of nearly two years.This is a typical case to show the relationship between Huizhou merchants and the different social classes in their business-running region. |
