| 摘 要： | 城市化既是现代化的标志,也是和谐社会建构的关键场域。我国城市化发展表现为典型的政府主导型特征,其在推动经济、社会发展的同时也带来资源浪费、利益失衡等问题。和谐社会建设要求我们确立以人为本的城市发展观,改革城市管理体制,构建和谐的城市生活空间。

| Abstract: | The urbanization is the essential field of constructing a harmonious society as well as the symbol of modernization.The development of our urbanization is characterized by the type of government leading,and it brings the problems such as wasting of resources and unbalance of benefit while stimulating the economy and social development.The construction of harmonious society requests us to establish the humanist urban development view, reform the city management system,and construct the harmonious room for city. |
