| 摘 要： | 高校教师的核心价值观状况直接关系到高校社会主义核心价值体系的建设成效。以与教师息息相关的校园文化消费为视角，对教师核心价值观的培育进行了研究。在对校园文化消费以及高校教师校园文化消费的特点进行阐述的基础上，概括了高校教师核心价值观培育的主要内容，进而提出了引导校园文化消费培育高校教师核心价值观的措施与建议。

| Abstract: | The core value of college teachers is directly related to construction achievements of socialist core value system in colleges.From the perspective of campus culture,the paper makes a research on the cultivation of teachers’ core values.Upon analysis of features of campus culture consumption and college teachers’ campus culture consumption,it summarizes the main content of college teachers’ core values cultivation and proposes countermeasures to guide campus culture consumption and cultivate college teachers’ core values. |
