摘    要:发展文化产业是建设文化强国不可或缺的重要内容之一,而文化创意产业是发展文化产业中的"重头戏"。连云港、盐城、南通三市是江苏省沿海最具发展潜力的区域之一,从发展文化创意产业战略层面看,应根据其在自然资源、基础设施、人力资源和技术水平等方面的优势和不足,从加大创意园区建设力度和完善创意环境等方面进行科学地规划。

Abstract:The development of cultural creative industry plays an important part in the development of cultural industry,which is an essential means to build a culturally-strong country.Yancheng,Nantong and Lianyungang are the three cities with the greatest potential of development in Jiangsu Province.In terms of the developing strategy of local cultural and creative industry,scientific planning should be made in accordance with their own advantages and disadvantages in natural resources,infrastructure,human resources and technical levels.Besides,we should further enhance their construction of the areas for the creative industry,and improve the creative environment.
