英国教师专业化发展及其启示

摘    要:英国的教师专业化发展是一个全面发展、逐步完善的过程。英国政府从教师教育的立法到教师专业化发展培训的推动等不同层面对教师加以引导和强化,其改革为全世界教师教育改革提供了一个观察与借鉴的窗口。通过概述英国教师专业化的发展及特点,分析了该发展给我国教师专业化发展带来的诸多启示。

Abstract:The professional development of British teachers is a gradually perfect process with all-around development.British government conducts guidance and intensification from the legislation of teachers’ education to the promotion of training teachers’ professional development.Its reform provides reference for teachers’ education reform in the whole world.Through summarizing the professional development of British teachers and its characteristics,this paper analyzes the enlightenment to China’s development of teaching profession.
