| 摘 要： | 高等院校文化是高等院校所特有的文化现象,也是院校稳健发展和竞争力迅速提升的标志。影响高等院校文化形成与发展的要素颇多,如院校组织的环境、传统、规模和信念等。但是,院校组织的社会环境和精神传统对于院校文化的培育与发展尤为重要,其在院校改革和发展过程中处于核心地位,是增强院校成员凝聚力和向心力的核心要素。

| Abstract: | College culture is specific to colleges and universities,which is an important symbol for their steady development and quickly strengthened competence.There are many influential factors,such as college organization,tradition,scale and belief,etc.As far as the cultivation and development of college culture are concerned,social environment and spirit traditions are in the core position in the course of college reform and development,and even essential to the college cohesiveness. |
