| Abstract: | Nowadays the increasingly fierce international competition and the profound social reform constantly put forward new demands as well as new challenges to higher education,so how to cultivate versatile graduates adaptable to the development of the 21st century is an important issue of great concern to colleges and universities.As contemporary college students,they should set up their own knowledge structure,develop their overall qualities,enhance their employability and competitiveness and meet new challenges positively in order to be successful in their future work. |
