| 摘 要： | 随着数字出版的快速发展，学术期刊网络化成为了学术期刊发展的必然趋势。在网络化的环境下，出版国际化成为了学术期刊下一步发展的方向。学术期刊出版国际化涉及出版内容国际化、编辑审核国际化、作者读者国际化等问题，需要在努力提高期刊质量的基础上，突破国际化的语言界限，促进交流的网络化。

| Abstract: | Along with the rapid development of digital publication,cybernation of academic periodicals has become a trend.In the Internet era,internationalization has been the direction of development for academic journal publication.By internationalization,it means the internationalization of contents,editing,proofreading,readers and authors.To fulfill such a goal,we should remove language barriers and promote the cybernation of communication on the basis of ensuring publication quality. |
