| 摘 要： | 随着档案馆由国家档案馆向公共档案馆的转型，其社会教育功能日益凸显。通过与学校共建德育基地，打造素质教育信息平台；探索多样化、多层次素质教育合作方式；利用档案管理数字化建设，建立应用实践基地等有效手段，打破档案馆原有的封闭状态，既充分开发了档案馆的社会教育功能，又为学校素质教育提供了一条新途径。

| Abstract: | With the transformation of the national archives to public archives,archives play a more important role in social education.To promote archives’ social education and schools’ quality education,the paper calls for the co-construction of moral education bases with schools,the construction of quality education information platform,the diverse educational cooperation,the digital construction of archives,and the construction of applied practice bases. |
