| 摘 要： | ＂校企合作、工学交替＂是一种以职业人才培养为主要目标的教育范式,也是高等职业教育人才培养模式改革的重要切入点。从管理专业人才培养模型建构入手,分析了影响人才培养模型建构的主要因素和＂工＂、＂学＂主要组合模式,提出校企合作背景下的高职管理专业人才培养适宜选择＂阳合＂模型。 |
