| 摘 要： | 面对人民币升值、资本市场火爆，大量国际热钱纷纷流入我国进行套利，对我国经济安全和金融安全造成冲击，给我国的经济发展带来了严重的影响。因此，在探讨最大限度地享受国际资本流动利益的同时，如何有效地把热钱带来的风险降到最低，对维护我国的经济安全具有重要的现实意义。

| Abstract: | With RMB appreciation and hot capital market,a great deal of international hot money flows into China,resulting in the shock to China’s economic security and financial security,seriously affecting the Chinese economy.Therefore,the paper discusses how to maximize the benefits of international capital flow and how to minimize the risks of hot money,in order to maintain China’s economic security. |
