| 摘 要： | 加强人文素质教育有利于提高高职院校学生的综合素质，有利于增强学生的就业竞争力，有利于培养学生的创新思维能力。高职院校加强人文素质教育的主要措施应包括增开人文课程、完善校园文化建设、组织学生开展社会实践活动与加强师资队伍建设等。

| Abstract: | To strengthen the humanistic education will improve students’ overall quality of higher vocational colleges,strengthen their employment competence,and cultivate their innovative ability.The main strategies of enhancing the humanistic education in vocational colleges should include increasing the humanities courses,improving campus cultural construction,encouraging the students’ social practice and strengthening the faculty construction. |
