浅析当前我国大学生基层就业政策

在近年来大学生就业压力也越来越大的背景下,我国政府制定了多项高校毕业生就业政策来解决大学生就业问题,其中大学生基层就业政策成为解决此问题的重点。虽然这些政策在促进大学生就业方面卓有成效,但在实施的过程中仍存在着一定的问题。在分析目前我国大学生基层就业政策所存在问题的基础上,提出了完善我国大学生基层就业政策的对策。

Analysis of the Policy of Contemporary College Students' Grass-roots Employment

In recent years,college students’employment pressure is growing.In this situation the Chinese government has developed a number of college graduates employment policies to solve the employment problems of college students And the policy of college students’ grass-roots employment has been a priority and solution.These policies have made effective achievements in the promotion of college students’ employment,but there are still some problems in the course of implementation.Upon analysis of the problems in college students’ grass-roots employment,this article proposes the measures to perfect the policy of college students’grass-roots employment.
