| 摘 要： | 乡镇企业一度成为吸纳农村剩余劳动力的生力军,但随着农村剩余劳动力绝对数量的增多和乡镇企业发展的滞缓,如果农村剩余劳动力想继续向乡镇企业转移就必须以小城镇建设为推动力。

Small Town Construction- A Driving Force for Township Enterprises to Absorb Surplus Manpower in the Countryside |

| Abstract: | Township enterprises were once a new force that absorbed surplus manpower in the countryside. However, with the absolute increase of surplus manpower in the countryside and the slowed - down development of township enterprises, small town construction must be the driving force if the surplus countryside manpower still wants to transfer to township enterprises. |
