摘    要:核心竞争力的培育是旅行社确立竞争优势的关键。目前旅行社在培育核心竞争力方面存在规模弱小、品牌缺乏、产品服务无特色、技术滞后等问题.提升旅行社核心竞争力应该从明确定位、品牌运营、信息技术、创建先进的企业文化等方面着手。

Abstract:Core competitiveness,as is well-known to all,is the key to establishing competitive advantage of travel agencies.This paper analyses the existing problems in fostering core competitiveness of travel agencies such as small scale,lack of new brands,less specialty for product service and lagging technology,and proposes some solutions from the aspects of clear evaluation,brand effect,technical innovation and advanced enterprise culture.
