新时期我国智能建筑发展的路径选择

我国的智能建筑在发展过程中存在着过于注重智能化而忽视融入绿色理念的问题,因而智能与绿色建筑一体化发展应是我国智能建筑在新时期发展的战略路径.根据智能绿色建筑的发展目标、建造特点,可以构建基于建筑生命周期的智能与绿色一体化发展的体系结构.为推动智能绿色一体化发展,应建立统一的管理部门,搭建智能绿色建筑产学研发展平台,制定智能绿色建筑的评定标准.

Development Route of Chinese Intelligent Buildings in New Era

There is more great attention to the intellectualization than the green idea in the development of intelligent buildings.In this paper,it is pointed that the development strategy approach for Chinese intelligent buildings to integrate the intelligent and green construction development in the new era.Based on the aim of intelligent and green building development,the development system of the intelligent and green building is set up throughout the building life cycle,and to impulse the development of intelligent and green buildings,the unification coordination administrations and communication platforms for enterprises and academies should be set up.At the same time the evaluation standard for the buildings should be drawn up.
