高校关工委在教育工作中的重要作用

在高校对青年一代的教育工作中,充分发挥离退休老同志的政治优势、经验优势、技术优势和群体影响作用十分重要。从事高校关工委工作的离退休老同志多是新中国高校的开朝元老、历史功臣,或是现职高校领导、教学、科研主干队伍的先师和领路人,他们在高校的教育工作中有着举足轻重的影响和别人不可替代的重要地位。组织他们在高校两个文明建设中开展教育活动,无疑会成为一支对青年教工和当代大学生进行思想政治和道德素质教育的重要力量。
