| 摘 要： | 实行党内监督是加强党的建设,保护党的肌体健康、遏制权力腐败,建设政治文明的必然要求。邓小平同志关于党内监督的"两个最重要论断",即"对领导人最重要的监督来自党委会本身"和"最重要的是要有专门的机构进行铁面无私的监督检查"的重要论断及其思想,对我们党的制度建设,有着非常重要的指导意义。

| Abstract: | The internal supervision is the prerequisite for the Party's building and its political construction and against power corruption. Deng Xiaoping's far-sighted idea that "the most important supervision comes from the Party committee itself" and "the most strict institution is needed for the supervision" is of great significance to guiding our party's building. |
