中国城市化进程的基本特征与存在问题研究

建国60年来,尤其是改革开放以来,中国城市化发展取得了很大进步的同时也产生了一系列问题。文章从发展阶段、城市发展布局和结构、城市群发展等方面描述了中国城市化发展的现状特征,结合工业化、二元经济结构、农民和土地、政府作用等方面分析了城市化进程中存在的问题,主要包括城市化与工业化发展不协调,农民的利益没有得到根本保障,土地城市化大于人口城市化等问题。最后提出中国未来城市化发展的政策选择。

Study on the Basic Features and Existing Issues in the Process of Urbanization in China

During the past 60 years from the founding of PRC, especially since the reform and opening up, China has made great progress in the development of urbanization, meanwhile, a series of issues has come up as well. This paper depicts the current situation and features of urbanization development in China by discussing the development stagel layout and structure of the urban development, and urban agglomeration development. The paper, taking into account the issues like the dual economic structure, farmer and land, the function of government, attempts to analyze ＇the problems arising from the process of urbanization, including the facts that urbanization is out of harmony with industrialization, the farmers＇ interest is not protected, and the land urbanization outpaces demographic urbanization, and finally puts forward the policy options for the future development of urbanization in China.
