| 摘 要： | 当代发展经历了由"以物为本"到"以人为本"的重大转变。科学发展观扬弃了以往传统发展观。其中"以人为本"是科学发展观的本质,它具有全新的时代内涵,体现了当代中国社会发展对人的高度重视,要坚持"以人为本",首先要全面地理解"以人为本"。

| Abstract: | The development of our modern society experienced a great change from "material-oriented" to "people-oriented".Scientific outlook of development abandoned the traditional outlook of development."People-oriented" is the essence of the scientific outlook of development.It has wholly new connotation of the times and embodies enough attention to people because of social development of China.We should advocate "people-oriented",and above all,we should have a good understanding of it. |
