| 摘 要： | 新型工业化发展道路为国有企业的发展指明了新的方向。国有企业要想在新型工业化发展道路上走得更为稳健,关键是要科学的解决人力资源开发问题。针对传统工业化模式下国有企业人力资源开发中存在的一些问题,提出了在新型工业化模式下解决这些问题的对策和建议。

| Abstract: | The way of modern industrialization points out the new direction for the development of state-owned enterprise.If state-owned enterprise wants to develop more steadily on the way of modern industrialization,the key is resolving the human resource development scientifically.The paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for resolving this questions in the pattern of modern industrialization,aiming at the existent problems of the human resource development in state-owned enterprise. |
