| 摘 要： | 修订后的《律师法》对律师在刑事诉讼中的会见权、调查取证权进行了修改，这给贪污贿赂案件侦查工作带来了巨大挑战。面对这一挑战，我国检察机关应准确理解律师在刑事诉讼中所拥有的各项权利的真正含义，结合面临的具体问题，提出相应对策，以改进贪污贿赂案件侦查工作，使之适应新的形势。
