| Abstract: | By analysing the fund structure of China's stock market, the characteristics and defectiveness of all kinds of funds in China's stock market are revealed, and the advantages of private offer fund are illustrated. It holds that private offer fund is the organization fund in China's stock market which has the most vigorous development potential, and the legalization of the private offer fund is the very important policy which could save the capital mainstream of China's stock market, and push the formation of the investment market. |
