| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了中国菜常用的刀工和主要的烹调方法的译法,菜肴的三类命名方式:写实命名法、虚实命名法、艺术命名法,及其文化内涵,并结合实例归纳提出了几种具体实用的中式菜肴名称的翻译方法:直译法,意译法,转译法,音译法及直译加注释类。
