| 摘 要： | 2001年4月28日,九届全国人大常委会第二十一次会议通过了《婚姻法》修正案,在修正案中增设了离婚过错赔偿制度。该制度在立法中的规定过于原则。本文拟就离婚过错赔偿制度及施行的相关问题作一分析、探讨。 |
