A Design to Enhance University Freshman Class Cohesion

In order to enhance the university freshman class cohesion and promote the development of students’ cooperative consciousness,we design a university freshman class cohesion group counseling program in the light of Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory,theory of interpersonal relations,social psychology and the theory of group psychological counseling theory.This article includes some parts like the concept,goal,setting,the specific design,effect evaluation feedback and activities highlights.
