| 摘 要： | 地方高校的科研导向问题,应引起地方高校领导和主管部门的高度重视。必须强调其方向性,科学定位、找准目标;必须强调其地域性,成为地方经济发展、社会进步的助推器;必须强调其应用性,成为社会知识创新、科技创新的孵化器;必须强调其结合性,成为高校教学工作的动力器。

| Abstract: | The leaders of local colleges are recommended to attach great importance to the orientation of their research work.This paper emphasizes scientific orientation,which is closely related to locality,applicability,and integration.Thus research work tends to play the roles of the booster of the development of local economy and society as a whole,the hatcher of social and scientific creativity,and the engine of higher educational institutions. |
