高职教学质量监控体系的构建与运行要以科学的高职教学质量观和先进的全面质量管理观为理论基础 ,以高职教学质量监控的要素和目前高职教学质量监控体系存在的问题为实践基础。科学的教学质量监控体系包括教学信息监控子系统、教学督导监控子系统、教学管理监控子系统。在运行机制和条件方面需要做好以下工作 :双向运行校、院 (系 )分层教学质量监控体系 ,建立科学的高职教学质量评价体系 ,完善教学管理规章制度及监控配套措施 ,加强教学管理队伍的建设。

Construction and Operation of A Supervising System of Teaching Quality of Vocational- technical Colleges

A construction and operation a higher vocational- te chnical teaching quality supervising system is based on the theories of scientif ic teaching quality and overall quality management, based on practical foundatio n of its teaching factors and problems existed in the supervising system. The te aching quality supervision system includes the subsystems of teaching informatio n monitoring, teaching superintend and directing and monitoring and teaching man agement supervision. In consideration of operational mechanism and conditions, t he following work shall be done, which includes that the implementation of the teaching quality supervision system shall be conducted by both university and co llege(department) levels, a scientific teaching quality supervision system shall be established, regulations for teaching management and matched precautions for supervision shall be perfected and the construction of a teaching body shall be strengthened.
