超竞争环境下企业的纵向效率边界分析

在交易费用理论对企业纵向边界分析的基础上认为,交易费用的节约与交易结构的改变引起的效益增加是企业纵向效率边界改变的动力。沿着威廉姆森对企业纵向效率边界分析的思路,引入技术效率与交易效率来分析企业的纵向效率边界,并着重讨论了超竞争环境对技术效率与代理效率的影响所导致的企业纵向效率边界的改变:企业的效率边界将在一定的范围内变化,而在这一范围内的交易只能由企业间的合作进行规制,并在此基础上给出了超竞争环境下企业纵向效率边界的模型。

Analyses on Enterprise Vertical Efficient Boundary in Hyper-eompetitive Environment

Based on the transaction cost analysis of the enterprise vertical efficient boundary, the authors think that the thrift of transaction cost and the profit increase caused by the transaction structure are the driving force of enterprise vertical efficient boundary variance. Follow the method of O.E. Williamson, the authors use technical efficiency and agent efficiency to analyze the efficient boundary and discuss the hyper-competitive environment effecting on the efficient boundary. The conclusion is that the border will vary in certain ranges, so the transaction in the range can be governed by the inter-firm cooperation. And then, the authors propose a model of an enterprise vertical efficient border in the hyper-competitive environment.
