| 摘 要： | 本文展示了北京市新经济组织和新社会组织的发展现状。在"两新"组织中建立党组织对于带动工会工作、维护职工合法权益等方面取得了良好的效果。从北京社会经济发展前景观察,各类民间社会组织还需要大力培育、发展,尤其需要加快政府职能转变是推动"两新"组织发展的根本措施;加强"两新"组织党建工作与"两新"组织成员中的统战工作,使之有机结合;继续延伸"两新"组织,扩大服务的覆盖面。

| Abstract: | This paper displays current situation of Beijing new economic organizations and new social organizations. Setting up Party organizations in the Two New Organizations achieves good results in promoting the work of trade unions and safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of workers.
