对地质钻孔泥浆配制应用的探讨

摘    要:在分析地质勘探中常引起钻孔缩径、钙质粘土自然造浆等原因的基础上,基于传统的泥浆配比,设计了新配比,并进行实验室实验和现场实验,结果表明:按新泥浆配方配制的泥浆能够很好地解决钻探生产中钻孔缩径、钙质粘土自然造浆的问题,使钻孔能够顺利施工,提高了地质评价的可靠性及真实性,减少了对坏境的污染。同时,对泥浆用量及不同地层对泥浆使用要求进行论述,为有效控制孔内事故提供了优化方案。

Abstract:Based on traditional mud ratio and the analysis of the factors causing borehole diameter shortening and natural pulping of Calcium clay in geological exploration,new mud ratio is designed and experiments are conducted.The results show that mud prepared according to new ratio can deal with the problems of borehole diameter shortening and natural pulping of Calcium clay in geological exploration,make drilling go on smoothly,improve the reliability and authenticity of geological evaluation and reduce pollution.Besides,the mud content and mud use requirements for different strata are discussed in order to provide effective solutions to hole accidents.
