| 摘 要： | 针对当前在劳资关系中,国有经济存在的主要问题进行了研究,并阐述了我国社会主义市场经济条件下存在劳资关系的必然性。分析了当前劳资关系存在的主要问题及其成因,提出了建立和谐劳资关系的具体政策措施。即:加大宣传力度,树立企业劳资关系的现代化观念;理顺企业劳资关系运作的体制;加强企业劳资关系的法制建设;加大维权力度和监督处罚力度等。
