| Abstract: | The determination of the characteristics of the running of colleges and universities in the non-central cities is an important orientation for their survival and development.To improve their ability for competition and highlight their influence,these colleges and universities should be guided by scientific theory of development,carry forward the good tradition in running the school,adhere to the principles of classification and orientation,give full play to the functioning of the president and teachers in the orientation of school running, and avoid the mistakes in theory and practice. |
