| 摘 要： | 分析了目前建设工程项目管理中，存在多方面的职责和协调问题，提出甲方应注重四个环节的管理方法：设计阶段的成本控制、施工阶段的过程控制和管理、监理单位的技术协调及甲方的整体管理，和在工程实践中的具体措施。

| Abstract: | We will meet lots of problems in the construction project. How to solve these problems,needs Party A regard the four aspect of management methods：it＇s design phase＇s cost conrtrol,construction supervision department＇s harmony in technology and development of Party A＇s self skill. Because Party A is the general organizer of construction project,it＇s management is the center of the mamagement,so we need carry on innovative change in practice,explore studiously the mode of construction project man- agement with Chinese feature. |
