| 摘 要： | 中国高等教育研究始终缺乏一种国际视野.大学理念和使命,学校宏观管理和内部管理,大学分层和多样化,大学科研和教学等都需要从国际高等教育的角度来认识.创办世界一流大学需要观念上的更新,大学校长的角色应明确,校长的治校权应落到实处,中国的高等教育应在21世纪有较大的变革.

| Abstract: | Chinese higher education has always been in need of the world vision. The idea and aim,the general and interior management,the stratification and diversity,the research and teaching of universities should be recognized from the angle of world higher education.To make the best universities in the world,many concepts need to be changed.The right of the university president should be clear and ensured.In the 21st century, Chinese higher education should make greater progress. |
