论现代企业人本管理的完整内涵

摘    要:企业管理理论随实践的变化而发展,人们对人本管理原理内涵的理解也随经济社会进步,经历了不同的历史阶段。现代企业人本管理由对企业“内部人”管理和满足企业“外部人”要求两大部分组成,它们之间的相互关系越来越密切,甚至满足“外部人”需要才是企业生存之本。创造和满足企业“外部人”需要,这一自觉或不自觉地被忽视的现代企业人本管理新内涵应该被越来越多的企业认识与应用。以创造顾客、满足需要为宗旨,遵守法律规范、承担社会责任等人本管理新理念建立日显必要与重要。

Abstract:Management theories are changing with the on-going practices.The understanding of the connotations of man-centered management is changing with the development of economy and society at different times.In the new period,there is a closer relation between the basic theory of "insider" management and the satisfaction of the "outsider" on which an enterprise relies for survival.The creation and satisfaction of the needs of the "outsider" as a new connotation has been recognized and accepted by modern enterprises,and other new concepts of management like the adherence to laws and regulations and responsibility are gaining more influence.
