武汉市蔡甸区新农村建设中的公共产品供给现状与优先序研究

我国长期存在的农村公共产品供给总体水平低、供需矛盾突出、供给结构失衡等问题已引起政府和社会的高度关注。社会主义新农村建设的开展有力地推动了该问题的逐步解决。本课题组对正在实施“家园建设行动计划”的武汉市蔡甸区71个村进行了问卷调查和专题研究，针对农村公共产品供给中存在的问题提出相应的政策建议，以期为政府决策提供参考。

Study on Status Quo and Priority Order of Public Goods Suppy in Building New Countryside in Caidian District of Wuhan City

Many problems have caused great concern in the society ,such as the low levels of the ru- rual public goods supply, the obvious contradiction between supply and demand and the imbalance of the supply structure and so on. These problems have been gradually resolved with the building of the new socialist countryside. A survey and research was conducted in 71 villages of Caidian District of Wuhan City in which ＂the plan of home-building＂is being implemented, and then the policy suggestion was made on the problems of the rurual supply of public goods in order to provide some references for governments in their policy-making process.
