河北省企业对外直接投资的问题与对策

对外直接投资是我国利用外资的一种重要形式,是我国企业深层次参与国际竞争的重要途径,也是企业提升国际竞争力的重要手段。近年来,河北省在省委省政府的领导下,对外投资企业呈现大幅度增长的趋势。但也存在诸多问题,如:对外投资项目少,加工贸易发展不完善,投资方式单一,农业对外投资规模小,开展对外投资的政策不健全等。进一步探讨河北省企业在新形势下开展对外投资的对策,从而提升河北省企业的国际竞争力。

Problems and Countermeasures of Direct Investment Overseas by Enterprises in Hebei Province

Direct investment overseas is an important form of utilizing foreign fund.It is also an important approach for the enterprises of our country to participate in international competition and a vital method for the enterprises to enhance their competitive ability.In recent years,under the leadership of Hebei government,the number of enterprises who directly invest overseas appears to be increasing significantly.However,there still exist some problems,such as the lack of projects,the imperfect of the development of processing trade,unitary investment patterns,agricultural investment overseas being small-scaled and the imperfect investment overseas policies,etc.The article further analyzes the countermeasures to carry out investment overseas under new situations so as to promote the international competitive ability of the enterprises in Hebei province.
