黔东南地区苗族习惯法与国家法并存交融之审视

The Miao people's common law plays an important role in local social order maintenance.It is a fact that at present the common law and the state law are functioning side by side in Qiandongnan Prefecture where many Miao people live.It is held that a wise combination of these two systems is important for minority people's legislation.
