| 摘 要： | 强调农地承包经营权流转中村集体决策对农民意愿的影响,旨在解释欠发达地区村集体在村务中的角色定位及功能发挥直接影响到农户农地流转意愿。不同村庄的资源禀赋差异决定其村集体决策作用空间,而农地流转中农民意愿则受到村集体决策的推动和约束。因此,农地流转中农民意愿取决于村集体决策及其所处场域的资源状况。研究通过对粤东两个村庄案例的对比性分析,解读欠发达地区村集体影响农户农地流转意愿的行动逻辑及作用机理。

| Abstract: | We emphasize the influence of the village collective decision on farmers’ will in the farmland circulation process,aims to explain how the village collective role and function affect farmland circulation.Different village resources endowment decided the function space of village collective decision.and the farmers’ will in land circulation is constrained by the village collective decision.Therefore,the farmers’ will depends on the village collective decision and its environment.Through comparative case analysis of the two villages,we illustrate the action logic and mechanism of village collective affecting the farmers’ will in the farmland circulation process. |
