| 摘 要： | 强化新时期银行结算手段的开发与运用,对入世后我国经济建设的意义非常重大。本文通过对银行保理业务的基本内涵,开展银行保理业务的重要意义,及目前存在的主要问题的探讨,提出了我国银行开办保理业务应采取的措施。
