| 摘 要： | 在民法典婚姻家庭 (亲属 )编中 ,通则一章是总揽全编的关键所在。在通则一章中要重申和强化婚姻家庭法的基本原则 ;从总体上规范婚姻家庭关系 ,体现法治和德治相结合的精神 ,同时增设亲属制度的一般规定 ,填补立法空白。

| Abstract: | In the volume of marriage and family (kinship) of the Civil Code, the chapter of the General Rules is the key to all the volume. In this chapter, some supplementary corresponding prohibitive articles are proposed, and the basic principles on marriage and family law are reinforced; the marriage and family relation is standardized as a whole, embodying the spirits combining rule by law and rule by morality. The legislative blanks are filled by adding the general stipulations on kinship system. |
