黑龙江省农业产业化经营发展问题研究

黑龙江省是农业大省,农业和农村经济在全国占有重要的战略地位。面对加入WTO后的新形势,全省的绿特色产品进入国际市场的难度加大,市场竞争力较弱。为此,必须采取有力措施大力发展农业产业化经营,并把主导产业做大做强,以真正实现“农村发展、农业增效、农民增收”的发展目标。

A Research into the Problems of the Industrialization of Agriculture in Heilongjiang Province

As a major agricultural province,Heilongjiang provincial agriculture and the rural economy occupy a position of strategic importance in our country.In the face of the new situation of accession to the WTO,we found more and more difficult for Heilongjiang provincial green products with local characteristics to enter international market,and their competitive power in the international market are weak.For that reason,we should take efficient measures to develop the industrialization of agriculture and strengthen the leading industry in order to have rural areas developed,have agriculture benefited,and have farmers enriched.
