| Abstract: | This thesis will start from the difficulties and obstacles of the ecological civilization construction in western national areas and analyze the meanings of using social capital to promote the ecological civilization construction in western national areas by analyzing the social capital model. Those ways of analyzing are including the transforming the mode of production ,the reducing the management cost of government and the uprising the function of ecological consciousness. |
