| 摘 要： | 中小企业在我国经济发展中具有重要的地位,但也存在着由自身原因和外部发展引起的诸多问题.文章从供应链管理出发,从供应链角度考虑中小企业的战略合作问题,提出了在新竞争环境下提高中小企业竞争能力的一些建议和方法.
