高职高专院校人力资源开发和管理研究

高职高专教育近年来有了很大的发展,已成为我国高等教育的重要组成部分,为社会主义现代化建设,提高劳动者的素质,建设社会主义精神文明,促进社会进步和经济发展起到了重要作用。高职高专院校要进一步健康、持续发展,必须落实以人为本,树立科学发展观,以人为本的实质内容就是人力资源的开发和管理。本文从加强高职高专人力资源开发与管理的意义、现状及原因,以及相应对策几方面阐述了高职高专的人力资源特点及开发管理的价值及途径。

Study on the Development and Management of Human Resources in Vocational Colleges

Education in vocational colleges has witnessed great development in recent years and has turned into an essential part of high-level education in china.It has played an important role in socialist modernization,improving workers`quality,building up socialist spiritual civilization,enhancing social and economic progress.In order to achieve further sound and sustainable development,vocational colleges should hold up the people-oriented scientific outlook on development.The core of the concept of human orientation is the development and management of human resources.This essay illustrates the characteristics of human resources in vocational colleges as well as the value and channels for development and management by analyzing such aspects as the significance,present situation and course of the development and management of human resources and other relevant strategies.
