| 摘 要： | 中美两国三农政策有着巨大差别.美国对农业、农村、农民的支持和补贴在不断加大,而中国是取大于予.正是由于中国政策上的这个特点导致了如今严重的城乡失衡问题.文中列举了中国三农问题的具体表现,分析了其政策成因与社会后果,提出了目前应研究和解决的具体问题和政策建议.

| Abstract: | The paper holds that the difference between China's and the U.S.agric ultural policies lies in the fact that,in the U.S.A,agriculture is the major field of government subsidization while in China farmers are more under the pre ssure of various taxation rather than being subsidized.The author further point s out that China's policies in agriculture lead to the breakdown of the countrys ide and that to improve the situation effective measures should be taken to refo rm the government policies. |
