基域金融环境与科技创新相关性评价——基于江苏常州、苏州、泰州、宿迁的实证分析

本文运用综合的金融环境指标数据及创新能力体系指标数据，系统地研究了区域金融环境与科技创新的相关性。首先介绍了金融支持科技创新的研究进展，并提出了金融支持科技创新的路径分析；其次本文用TOPSIS方法进行评价分析了江苏四市的科技创新能力；最后用灰色关联度方法分析了江苏四市金融环境与区域科技创新能力的相关性，并以常州为例，建立了金融环境指标与科技创新指标的关联度矩阵，具体分析其常州金融环境对科技创新的推动作用。

Evaluation on Correlation between Financial Environment and Technology Innovation——Empirical Analysis on Four Cities of Jiangsu Province

The paper uses comprehensive financial environmental indicators and innovation system indicators data. The paper systematically studies the regional financial environment and the relevance of science and technology innovation. This paper introduces the scientific and technological innovation and the financial progress, and makes theoretical analysis on the path of financial support for scientific and technological innovation. It uses TOPSIS method to evaluate scientific and technological innovation capacity of the four municipalities of Jiangsu. Finally grey linkage is used to analyze the correlation between financial environment of the four municipalities regional scientific and technological innovation capacity. It takes Changzhou as an example to establish a correlation matrix between the financial environment and technology innovation indicators, especially the driving role of the financial environment.
