| 摘 要： | 零售业连锁经营是市场经济条件下的必然产物,但目前我国连锁经营企业的物流配送与发达国家相比还存在明显的差距,提高物流配送现代化水平乃当务之急.针对物流配送系统的各个环节,本文从成本分析和管理控制两个方面,研究和分析出零售业连锁经营中物流配送系统的优化方法,具有一定的实践性和实用性.

| Abstract: | The chain operation of retail trade is the inevitable product of market economy.However,at present there is a marked difference between China's logistics and distribution of chain operation and the developed countries.It is an urgent task to improve logistics modernization.This paper focuses on two aspects of control in terms of cost analysis and management,logistics and distribution systems in light of the various segments of the retail chain operations research and analysis of the logistics and distribution system optimization method with practicality and usefulness. |
