| 摘 要： | 农业现代化是中国农业发展的必由之路,相应的制度安排是农业现代化顺利推进的关键。兵团农业基本经营制度是以职工家庭生产承包管理为基础、团场生产经营为主的统分结合的双层经营体制。通过比较,该文认为,兵团农业现代化组织模式的效率较高,效益优势明显,对推进中国农业现代化进程具有一定的借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | Agricultural modernization is the only way for the development of China's agriculture,and appropriate organizational arrangement is the key for agricultural modernization to be pushed forward.The basic management system for XPCC agriculture is the double-deck management system that features combination of centralization and decentralization,which is based on household production contract and gives priority to farm production management.By contrast,the paper holds that the organizational mode of XPCC modern agriculture is efficient and profitable,which presents reference significance to promote China's agricultural modernization. |
